Thanks...sorry this isn't it either. That movie from 1946 is too early, although a fine creeping hand movie in its own right, and barbeque-fork-hand-man from Woodland Heights does sound like a fine film not to be missed.

We have a whole army of people working all over the net on this, and we feel we may have a lead. Someone led us to a Canadian-produced one-hour tv pilot for cbs in 1978 called "The World Beyond." It had JoBeth Williams in it, and was directed by Noel Black. We have e-mails into the director, Black, and to a guy who claims to have this movie on tape.

Will let you all know if we hit pay dirt. Would welcome any comments, suggestions, further info.
