Wife and I really, really enjoyed season one. Although the story line has been done many times, we found the approach fresh, entertaining, and ultimately very satisfying.
We were looking forward to the much delayed season two. So we binge watched the first half of season two the day it dropped and then finished it the next night.
Not quite sure what to make of S2. Season one was a complete story with a beginning a middle and an end. Season two sure didn't strike us that way. I think I liked it, but going to have to watch it all again to make sure of that. The wife was less into it and she's down right indifferent to it and not interested in a second viewing.
Anybody else watch it? What did you think?
Follow Ups:
Here is what I thought. I saw season 1 so long ago I barely remember it. I remember liking it. So I watched season 2.
And I really loved it. Although it is short, I did not binge it. I just revel in the smartass comments she is constantly making. And then there's the plot. Time travel is an old device and her character has seen enough time travel movies to know you don't change things in the past. But what the hell, she goes ahead and does it, then does it some more, and it is fun to watch it all play out. And there's some emotion as well.
If there is a season 3, I'm in. I read an interview in the LA Times today and Natasha said she thinks there are still areas for these characters to go, but that the decision for another season is not hers to make.
