What can you say re a film with its "High Point" being Lee Marvin singing. :) Also -- didn't Clint Eastwood sing(?) in that film?

looking like someones Grandmother, flashes a drooping breast for a nano-second and this is Ishtars high point? Try; Nosferatu with Klaus Kinski, or The Driver with Ryan O'Neill, Adjani as femme fatale, drop dead gorgeous and at her perfect prime.
But Ishtar; frump in a black sack meets script penned by lobotomised moron; singularly the greatest waste of a talented cast, budget, and 35mm film stock, ever, period.

At least Michael Cimino made one great film before he shot himself in the foot. The Deer Hunter is truly a great one.
