I doubt these DVDs are on the level - they've been on eBay since February. Fellow ringers that have tried these DVDs have been very disappointed at the quality and, despite what the sellers say in the eBay listings, these are NOT the authorized DVDs but pirated versions. The LOTR sites are full of info. BTW, LOTR DVDs are in some UK rental outlets now (but not for sale, only rental).FOTR is still playing at my local dollar cinema, so I think I can wait til August 6 for regular theatrical version. The extras on the theatrical version will be different from the extended version released in November. Besides, I wanna see the 10 minute preview of TTT. Now.
