"The Killing", a dirty, harsh, street-level big heist epic by Stanley Kubrick about a race track robbery with disastrous results. Sharp edged characterizations in the Kubrick style. Sterling Hayden, Marie Windsor (remember her big eyes?), Elisha Cook Jr, Jay C. Flippin, the irrepressible Ted de Corsia, and a young Vince Edwards (before med school).
