actually, the first Muppet Movie is one of my faves, I even bought the soundtrack lp, still got it. My fave titles....Apocalypse Now, yeow......They shoot horses, don't they?.......Red tide rising......Behind the green door (never saw it, but it still conjures
up an atmosphere of the forbidden)....Never cry wolf.....the Mouse that roared....2001: A space oddyssey (to a scifi loving teen in the Sixties, that title was wonderfully evocative)....

Agreed, The first Muppet Movie was inspired. I did some work on it and never tire of seeing it. The Muppets know comedy.
