Films/DVD Asylum

Opening in Indy today...Herzog's Invincible (yay! at last!), Bowling For Columbine, Secret Ballot, and Punch Drunk Love.

First we're off to symphony tonight for a little mourning (new music director Mario Venzago's first concert as conductor of ISO - WAAAHHH, I wanted Marin Alsop, BOO HISS!), then tomorrow after work, we may double team it for Secret Ballot and Invincible together.

I also see, apropos of our old thread, that Metropolis, in 6 channel sound (?), is opening here right after Christmas. (GOODY!)

And when I get my wind back...from all this frivolity...I have another thread for Victor. ;-) (God, I so dislike Fifth Element.) Relax, it has nothing to do with science fiction...I think.

The fall season is upon is for sure...besides the big blockbusters (The Two Towers, Gangs of NY, et al), what films are inmates looking forward to seeing this fall and winter?
