Some of us just have different tastes than the reviewers as to what constitutes the "best" films of 2002. For instance, I've seen both Minority Report and Gangs of New York (#1 on each respective list) and I wouldn't even place either in the Top 10 even though I could recommend them with reservations. Note: Both have serious flaws, IMO. Some of the films on both lists are just now getting wide release, so it will be awhile before those of us living in the "middle" have the opportunity to assess the quality (...or lack thereof).By the way, if you are "redeemed" does that get us free pop-corn & a coke at the concession stand? :o)

i can already guess what your top three films of 2003 will be: lotr-rotk, matrix reload, matrix revolution -- i bet probably in that order too.
