I have to admit this is a funny comparisson. Decameron has always been a rather special book for me and I was eager to see the film. I was surprised but not disappointed. It is unmistakably Pasolini, it is not just the film based on a book.

Somehow I don't think Porky's is something that came to my mind while watching it.
