I'm delighted to hear that BAT is branching out into surround sound and expecially that you're offering a tubed processor - a wonderful idea, and perhaps a sign that the market is progressing beyond the moronic "dinosaurs stomping in the living room" mentality. (You probably already know that Cary's kit division is bringing a five channel SET amp to market, another good sign that the market is maturing).My personal interest is primarily films of the late 50's and on through the 60's, which are mostly mono, and I find that a good stereo tube amp provides all of the ambience I need to enjoy such films. I do enjoy later flics more in surround, though.
Thanks again for your reply and I'll see if I can located a copy of The MIG Pilot next time I hit the library.
