so I did a marathon watching...

After seeing the whole "Director's Cut," I must say that it got better as it went into the Maud'Dib part of the story. Much of it was hit and miss, especially in terms of acting and effects, but as a whole I think they did a fine job considering the audacity of trying to put this story on the small screen.

Makes me want to read the books again!
