Never would have seen this by choice, but it was my nephew's weekend and he got to choose. Everyone was looking forward to this except me. Except for my nephew, nobody liked it (he is young and thought it was OK).Maybe a couple of small chuckles occur in this would-be comedy. Jack Nicholson descends into self-parody. A bunch of cameo appearance, including Rudy Guiliani, all of whom basically embarass themselves. A "plot" without any tension or forward momentum. Adam Sandler acts like he is sleepwalking. This is the worst ordeal in movie going since....well I actually cannot remember one worse. But I'm relatively selective, I'm sure there are many bad movies I've never seen.
My sister summed it all up. She said at the beginning of the movie, she was sleepy, worried about falling asleep, by the end, she was wishing she would fall asleep.
Follow Ups:
On the other hand, maybe it could. Jack is taking movie roles like a whore.
unfortunately, I was the only one who thought it was funny. Secondly, the ho's talking about size put me down--so subtle. Outside of those two moments, it was snooze control . . .
at unintentionally funny parts of movies. Maybe everyone else who "gets it" like me was smart enough to stay away in the first place!
"Glen or Glenda?" - 1953, Directed-written by Ed Wood Jr. is worst
Iīve seen so far. Makes his 1958 sci-fi effort, "Plan Nine From
Outer Space" look a sheer masterpiece! Admittedly havenīt seen
"Robot Monster" made in early 1950s. "Glen or Glenda?" is ranked at
#49 in IMDBs "Bottom 100 Film List", rated 3.2 out of 10 (835 votes).
The #1 ranked worst film is "Manos, the Hands of Fate"- 1966, Directed and written by Hal Warren, 1.5 rating out of 10 (4023 votes).

Ed Wood's movies are great, intentionally or not. I would gladly see any of those you mention. I would even buy them on tape or DVD. I will never again see (hopefully) Anger Management. "Can your heart stand it...grave robbers from outer space!"
remember, my friends, future events such as these will
affect you in the future
an interesting character though. Comic relief in some of his
films, but IMDFO, not in Glen or Glenda? - AH
--Adam Sandler acts like he is sleepwalking.Well, next to Jack Nicholson most actors would pale. Sandler just can't handle any acting byond mumbling, imo.
I admit to enjoying the first 1/3. Unfortunately it all turned to love me-hug me mush later on. Nicholson just cruised through it, like he does with 90% of his films. Money in the bank.
The Yankee game sequence was shlock.
