Tonight's rental DVD - Road to Perdition. After reading the posts hear I'm expecting a turd on a plate. But, you never know, since my expectations are low, I might be pleasantly surprised. Maybe a few glasses of scotch will help.

Enjoy it. If you simply watch it as another American movie... you can do whole lot worse.
A very predictable ending as well. It's a film like this that makes you say repeatedly "if they would have only done this..."Films like this with a big budget, good cinematography, etc. makes you wonder what Hollywood could produce if they had a more "artistic" sensibility.
I would have loved to see Christopher Walken in Hanks' role.
