I have yet to see a remake that has a soul in it. More effects, better chicks, faster cars? - Yes. But a better movie? - I doubt it.
Becides - since when did this pathetic box became a "little cute car"? Are you kidding? :)

As usual, Venice stole the first part of the movie. Maybe all the action should have been there--including midget gondolas with big horsepower motors!
