Okay as entertainment, but "The Hulk" is probably the worst film to see on Father's Day since "Affliction" or "Chinatown." LOTS of psychological baggage in the Banner family. Effects are okay, but computer-rendered Gollem/Smeagol in "LOTR:The Two Towers" was better (acting, damnit!). Overlaying everything is Ang Lee's decision to frame images and action in the style of a comic book. First I thought this was cool and clever, then it started to get cheesy and actively annoying. Like Bruce Banner, this film is a rather schizophrenic experience. YMMV.
