It is our good old male only boarding schools that have given us homosexuals in powerful positions through-out the ages. They do appear to turn out a greater percentage of gays than say or normal secondary school system (high school to you yanks). Maybe it's from only have male influences around during your sexually formative years, or maybe its from being buggered rotten by the older boys and teachers. These are the schools that tend to feed into Oxford and Cambridge and then normally into the high earner jobs (the old school tie syndrome as its called over here). They are also where a number of the better actors originated . I think you will find the new generation of actors are quite straight.
