  you care or not. Between prequels, sequels and remakes, there's a disturbing lack of independent creativity in movies today.
  Since you asked, how about "Hamlet: the Early Years"?
  Or, "Easier Rider:" two boys and their lovely tricycles?
  Perhaps "Rainboy," starring the youngest Caulken kid?
  Or, "Jesus: the Beginning of the Heavenly Years?"

    I also want more original ideas and movies but that has nothing to do with the crap sequels we've been given to some of out favorite movies. Some of these sequels open the book on some very well closed stories, leaving us unsatisfied. Maybe I should have titled this post "Sequels That Should Have Been Made in Place of The Crap We've Been Given!!!"

  Also, after The Return of the King (LotR Pt. III), I'd like to see Peter Jackson take on Tolkien's The Hobbit for good measure.

  Hi,
  Fantastick post.
  I have many ideas for sequels.
  I also had the same idea for the Aliens movie--taken from the comics.They could find a new alien species that helps them conquer the Other aliens.Sigourney gets back to earth to find the militery have taken control as the planet is being over run by aliens.
  They travel to the first aliens planet and set up zones for destroying as many of the blighters as posible,then find a virus which can be used on earth agains them.
  BLADE RUNNER 2:
  The colony wars.
  Deckerd is sent to the off world territorys to re enter the world of blade runner.Only he can track the new breed of killer android.
