I had no inkling that Michael Bay has re-done "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". It looked very dark and real. Goodness!!I remember seeing it at a drive-in with four buddies. We were doing the all-American beer guzzle and found the movie shocking and unsettling. For it's time, it was terribly effective. None of us wanted to see it a second time, even years later. (Of course, after ten years, the movie became laughable compare against the newly spawned slasher flicks.)
