I haven't quite reached middle age yet, but I've already seen this movie twice and about to see it again. Don't know what it is, I am not a sappy kinda guy, but this movie really grabbed me. I love the subtelty and Murray's expressions.

I read that this movie was shot in sequence so that the actors would get to know each other as the characters did. If so, then this worked. That scene near the end when Murray is about to leave and he stands with the group taking a photo and Johansson walks away towards the elevator and his facial expressions watching her walk away is simply brilliant.
