The channels are of course just the standard 4:3, but there is ofter the letterbox which doesn't really mean it is the original ratio.
That is why watching the Clockwork Orange in HDTV was so ejnoyable - it was of course in wide screen... not sure the true original or not, but of course closer to it.
I suspect Band of Outsiders was shot in 4:3... but will check into that.
