  I checked the schedule of Ritz Cinema, the only "foreign" film theater in Philadelphia, and there was no single foreign film among the nine showing there.

  This is getting to be a complete cultural desert here. In New York - sure, but here - it is sand, sand, sand... used to be better, but seems to be getting worse.
