I am thinking of trying this service for DVD widescreen movies? Can anyone comment on their service, the condition of the rental DVDs and their collection.'Thanks.
Follow Ups:
I've been using netflix for 6 months. I'm on the 5 at a time plan for $30 per month.I like to watch 3 or 4 movies a week so I always want to have enough on hand. They have a huge selection. Service is great.Sometimes if a movie is very popular you might have to wait a while to get it. It usually takes 1, sometimes 2, business days for the DVDs to reach me. Once I had a cracked one, once a wrong one, one lost in the mail, all of which they replaced with no problem. Two of the older ones skipped, but not enough to be unwatchable. I think it's a great service & highly recommend it.
I've been a member for three years and generally find it satisfactory. Luckily for me, there's a distribution center not too far from my city and I get the DVD's within two days sometimes. In terms of my needs, their collection suffices. Beware though, don't make the mistake I make - forget to return a DVD for months.
Inquiring minds want to know (at least one does): What happened when you didn't return the DVD for months?
