It was a dark and stormy night . . . And, the writer and director decided to pull out, and poorly execute, every nattily frayed device ever used in mystery/horror films. So, why did I go? Well, me and the packed theatre went to see Halle Berry and her golden-brown goods. Guess what? It was one long agonizing tease. HB apparently has gone back to no full-frontal unless it means something--so, there is NO redemption whatsoever in the price of your ticket.

This was also a bad choice for Penelope as she does not compare to the smooth beauty of Berry. The contrast of their looks points out that she is really not a looker at all.

Poor Downey's performance was off. Maybe it was bad directing or the fact he was in a lockup trying to play a roll. Dutton turned in a quick, powerful cameo that will give all overweight guys a glimmer of hope.

This was a mess. And with no centerfold it is a waste of time.

I shoulda, coulda known better.
