I have not yet gone past the 1/2 hour mark- but It appears to be setting me up for typical brutality and insensitivity of unrealized man - and I've seen enough of that - but it has been gorgous for the first 1/2 hour. I walked out of The Pianist at the local antique IOKA theatre in Exeter - that was hyperbolically SAME.kinematog, edit , pace, rhythm, texture, feeling all there - Deja Vu?

Was has it to do with The Pianist? The only point is it is a story about Jews...but that is really not enough to compare both of them...
