Witness yes, but I'm not sure about Blade Runner. Sure it has cult status, but not only was it not very well received but, as I recall, Ford is on record saying that that film remains one of the worst if not the worst of his experiences as an actor (I don't know about now, but then I think Scott, like Kubrick, wasn't much of an actor's director, treating the actors as props to be manipulated in the frame more than as interested creative agents expecting to ply their craft). Take away the awful narration of the original theatrical release (i.e., watch the director's cut) and, for the actor who needs lines to feel like he's acting, he really wasn't given much to do.

Whatever Ford thinks about Blade Runner, in the least Scott used him well.

I think Witness cemented what began with Raiders.
