Probably "North By Northwest". A classic combination of "wrong man" and road picture. Killer score by Herriman.

Rebecca is great tho . . . So is "To catch a Thief". And who can forget the spectacular staged feel of "Rear Window"? Or the black humor of "The Trouble with Harry"? Being a San Francisco area native, "Vertigo" holds a special place for me too. Ugh, no way to narrow it down.
