Of course if you use it to fulfill the book that can make a sense ( through it won´t make a better fim out of it.) for you who did read it. I did not.
And it has a " puanteur " of recism underlying..I do not like the " people of the West " coloring...but I may be wrong on this, just my instinct telling me so, and I will not take ( !!! ) my mouth to full on this as I am really not a connaiseur in any way of the films nor the books.
My point can only be one from a cinephile. And what can I say more that it is a terrible film .
I have a taste of your passion for it, I can try to understand, but this film is just boring for me, and I am afraid your enthousiasm for it will not change my mind.
Too bad...for me.
