In Reply to: Any Opinions On "Outbreak"-1995 with Dustin Hoffman? (nt) posted by AudioHead on March 09, 2000 at 10:21:03:
Ugh. Kind of reminded me of a Sunday afternoon, Channel 17, straight to video, flick. I think the way the film's title is introduced in the beginning lets you know what awaits. OUTBREAK appears on the screen with a sound that is very close to the "Current Affair" thump (the TV show with Maury Povich - was famous for the "WHUMMMMM!" sound that accompanied the lead in title). When I saw Outbreak in the theatre I laughed out loud at that. Made me think I was watching some propaganda film...couldn't help it!-Another good piece of germ crapola - Biohazard (1985?) The WORST thing Sam Waterston has been in. He has a truly gut-busting emotional line in it...you will know it when you hear it! 8^D

"Star Trek 4" when the Klingon ship w/ the whales aboard went warp speed inside the Earth's atmosphere?&, they thought the alien ship was destroying the Earth. If they think that the Earth would still be inhabited when they return into the future after that ship's wake & atmospheric induction, they're really living in Sci-Fi.
