Films/DVD Asylum

Me I don´t like so called " Mafia films " Of course I saw the great one, from the 30´s, 40´s and latter the famous trilogie " The Godfather ".
The only one I did like was " ...The Freshman.."
Until now.
This film start weak, the first few minutes are so predictible as they can, like a TV B movie.
Then it change, it starts to become more like " Smoke " but in Italian restaurant, slowly you got the pieces together, you supect what may happen, but never be quite certain, that is what neme " suspence "...
It is a small feast for a food voyeur like me, I just like the atmosphere, and the characters are developing to get real flesh on the bones, and that is really well made because, no one is left out, time passe and every one is getting alive.
What was fun to look at was the caricatures well described, and near to life as possible.
All in all a good film.
Merci Victor. It won´t be the last time I will have a look at it.
