Isnīt life interesting? For those people, by your definition, are really lumpen..., arenīt they?Regards

Follow Ups:
Lumpen has nothing to do with the social class position - it is the attitude, the mind set. As such, only the main character has the lumpen traits in him.I looked up the other two films - they are not present here in the US... perhaps considered beneath our level of perfection... if I spot them on ebay I will get them.
Any ideas on Between your Legs? I think I am going for broke - I am gonna rent it tonight, dog house or no dog house!
...is not so good: kind of a flic with an erotic load. It got rave reviews from a gay forum...Regards
But I think I will take my chance. I will water it down with the film for which Kurosawa wrote the script right before his death - don't recall the title now, but it is there on the shelf, waiting to be picked.
Please report, as it looks very interesting. If you havenīt seen it, in "After the Rain" (1999) thereīs some nice talking about fine swords...
Regards
Will definitely report. But no dog house yet - someone rented Between Your Legs.
Oh, the torture of waiting!
Got another Finnish film - Cucoo. About the female sniper during the WWII.
