Spielberg's first movie. One of the best made for TV movies I've ever seen, but then again, I haven't seen it in decades.
I kinda don't want to see it remade. All I think of is the horrendous remake of that other great road flick from the same era; "Vanishing Point".
Enjoy these movies for what they are and let the film-makers make something new.
