Yes and of course the English Patient Did win best picture. I listed the ones that a lot of people I personally know or critics I discuss films with despise.
For instance most everyone I know hated Monster's Ball and In the Bedroom - both are in my top 100.
And many people think Crash and Eyes Wide Shut are masterpieces - where as I file them under the eventual tv series -- "When good Directors go Bad"
