Serial Squadron releases are usually a little more expensive than the public domain knock-offs and due to quantity pressing costs most have been issued on DVD-R as opposed to DVD, but take my word for it, their product is consistently worth the extra bucks. All have extras, professional menus, first rate authoring and look better than 90% of the el cheapo serial DVDs (i.e., which are usually produced from 2nd or 3rd generation 16mm dupes or even VHS masters. Note: I own a copy of the Serial Squadron's restored "Phantom Empire" serial as well as their release of "The Adventures of Captain Marvel" and the restored "Zorro's Fighting Legion"; I'm currently waiting on "Gangbusters" which is nearing completion. Highly recommended! Check out the linked URL.Cheers,
