        Beamer is happy as a bug in a rug - today he was supposed to go to the vet to have his teeth cleaned - imagine how he was looking forward to it!

        But we suddenly have snow, and the roads are nearly impossible to navigate, so the appointment has been rescheduled.

            I barely made it out of my neighborhood... not sure how I will get home - neither car has snow tires now. Driving on freezing icy surface on wide high performance tires is fun, but kind of fun I could do without.

              The only tires that works on freesing rain is the one with nails on them! Are they allowed in the USA?
              We had them in France back then...But as they ruine the soils not any more, I think in Switzerland they are still using them.
              We have Spring and I was with Mrs. Nelly on a longue promenade. She is happy. Today she ruined the third pair of jeans from Doris.

                Studded tires are still legal in most of the US, I believe, but I don't use them, as the Blizzaks are excellent on ice too. I have steep hills in our neighborhood, and with them on I never failed to take a hill.

        I don't want Ullrich, but I don't think Lance can do it again. So to me it is more Lance-no Lance bet.
