Nice performance from Terrance Stamp as an ex-con with a score to settle.
No Terrance's best performance? How about in Pricilla Queen of the Desert?

"The Hit" from, I believe, 1980 also with Terrence Stamp. A great, underappreciated movie. I'll be watching "The Limey" DVD as soon as it's "rentable."
I haven't seen many of Stamp's films. The only other fairly recent one I've seen was "Bliss" which I watched a couple of years ago. That one was an odd film, engrossing while I was viewing it, but now I'm inclined to think it was just interesting trash.I'll see if I can find "The Hit". Stamp has given good performances in everything I've seen him in.
Stamp had roles in those, and I did see them. Bowfinger is worth renting if you haven't seen it. Has some funny bits.
Bowfinger must have the most obvious and irritating advertising i've seen in any film with that tosh about getting the mail from the company whose name i've clean forgotten, Fed Ex? Saying that , the look on Eddie Murphys face watching the actress take off her top still keeps me awake at night. Bugger, my memory for names has left me tonight.Paul
