3) Crimson Gold. I'm a big fan of modern Iranian film, and it's copping all four stars hereabouts.
4) Intermission. Irish hijinx *and* badboy Colin Farrell, a fine actor.
5) Eternal Sunshine. Might as well... I want to know for myself.

...on my birthday next month, I will officially be old; hence, I resist giving up those two hour periods of my life for "iffy" films (I don't mind the same two hours as much when I watch at home).For me, only the Irish film looks really interesting, and I agree on Colin...a bit flakey in life*, but a very good young actor .

*so far, he hasn't eclipsed Brando, Dean, and Monty Clift, three of the best of their generation...but give him time.
Good choices, Here on Cape Cod in the off season ours are more limited. But in the Summer the Cape Cinema becomes an "art" house.
I saw "Whale Rider" and "Lost in Translation" there before they went into wider release.
