Thought it was really interesting the way the film seamlessly switched from live action to animation to documentary. It was very clever and stylized. Groundbreaking, really. I loved the scene where they interviewed Pekar and the guy he worked with while the actors that played them sat smirking in the background. Quite surreal.Yeah, the characters are difficult, but you know, I KNOW a guy just like Pekar. We probably all do. It was interesting to catch an insight into people like this.
This movie provoked a lot of thought and duscussion amongst the people I know that saw it. It stuck with me, no mean feat these days.
