British reviewers seem to be more lucid ( and honest?) than their American colleagues. A few quotes:
"Kill Bill is a hollow work. ...It's actually lifeless,lacking any self-generated artistic vitality."
"Before each killing, and on various other occasions, there are long humourless speeches of pseudo-profundity about life and death that suggest Tarantino has lost (temporarily one hopes) the wit and the gutter poetry that informed Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. One of these speeches, delivered at the end by Bill (presented
as some sort of Nietzschean figure who has transcended evil) has been

Hey Nicu, do you have a personal hatred for Tarantino or what? I mean all you seem to want to do is beat us over the head with how bad you think this movie is. Yes, reviewers are polarized on this movie. It's an either love it or hate it kind of movie. There seems to be no middle ground.
The metacriric site shows that most reviewers love it.

Yet you insist on bringing us any negative word you can find about it.
I think it's swell that you didn't like it, but I have to say, your insistence that it's the worst movie in a long time will not stop me from seeing it.

  Not at all. IMO Reservoir Dogs is the best American film ever made. Kill Bill Vol.2 is the worst. I just find it interesting that Tarantino made such a bad movie.

    I won't comment on your favorite cuz it is a damn fine film, not even close to my pick (don't ask cuz there's no way to pick only one movie), but that's ok.
    But for worst? Come ON! What about "Tomcats" that came out a couple years ago? "Bad Boys 2"? "Caddy Shack 2"? "Plan 9 From Outer Space"? "RollerBoogie"? "Nightfall"? "Santa Claus Vs. the Martians"? "Shakes the Clown"? "Big Top PeeWee"? "Can't Stop the Music"? I could go on all night!

  needed as the "access code." QT said he made the film(s) as an amusement and to keep up his skills .
  These critics would be like their musical equivalents panning a Mozart divertimento because it didn't have the gravitas of Don Giovanni.

    There are good amusements and bad amusements. Vol.2 is bad amusement. His skills are nowhere to be seen in vol.2.
