Just in the few posts I've read this morning, I see references to Dr. Laura, AIDS, homophobia.
What is so wrong with having a stable gay character in films? Would someone actually not see a film because of that? Should we just go to films that show stable hetereosexual characters and gay characters as worthless bigots?
"crowding out worthwhile films" ????? Give me a break!
I hope you guys aren't really like this because this really bothers me. I used to look forward to reading posts in this forum, but not today. Maybe I just realized that some of you might be bigots and that's sad.

    I couldn't have said it any better, but why reveal your spiteful prejudices? Do you have something against legitimate immigrants? What did he do to you?

Apparently you haven't read my post very well. Let me explain s-l-o-w-e-r. When there are a plethora of heteros around who are all unstable & they seek the o-n-l-y stable character is homo. It gets extremely obvious that this was planned. THAT was what was disturbing. Could just one straight person be stable too??? NOPE
If you still think this is bigotted, I feel very sorry for you.
