Jagged Edge.
It benefits, of course, from two excellent leads, Jeff Bridges and Glenn Close: neither has surpassed performances in this film.
Loggia and Coyote are excellent, as well, in support.
Watch this at night, lights off, no potty breaks, no cell phones, no disturbances....and you WILL be scared.
