Hi Vedric,

not sure I understand the exact intent of your post, but I would say that, sometimes (certainly not always), style and substance go hand in hand. I find Bush's public speaking (and any other type of speaking I've heard of him), even when reading, lacking in both--simplistic in content, perception, and linguistic ability. But this is just MY opinion, and a large proportion of people will certainly disagree with me.
