Films/DVD Asylum

Here is a shot in the dark. Anyone remember a movie about some kids finding a secret tree house near a suburb in a large tree. The tree house had been unfound for many years. The kids had to keep it a secret. It was very interesting, and had some antiques, and other interesting finds. I was only able to see 1/2 of the movie. It was a made-for-TV movie. Anyone? Thanks for your help.
