I also liked "Lonely Guy", a lesser known early movie by steve martin. However, I think his best movie is "LA Story".

Love that scene in LA Story where they are ordering coffee. And that flick was made long before Charbux became ubiquitous.....
The movie was especially good for those of us who lived in LA at the times because it was a dead-on characterization of life there.

Stay away from the cans!When I first saw The Jerk those two lines cracked me up. To this very day I sometimes laugh when driving by an older gas station out in the sticks.
I saw Black Hawk Down in the theater and couldn't contain my laughter. I laughed right through the poor ranger convulsing on the ground after having watched his "favorite part". I felt bad but couldn't help myself ;)
