  A trick question. That was a medium sized egg at best. Consider the visual scale and that Japanese people have smaller than average geni...never mind, damnit!

  I read a woman's essay on the significance of the egg scene. It implies that Sada placed her lover's family jewels inside of her at the end to ensure that he, his soul, and any potential offspring belonged to her. Excuse me while I pass out.

      Dunno the cause of death; it isn't a certainty that she is dead. She disappeared after 1970 according to the link below.
