Then you beter avoid Tarkovsky & Kiarostami as well.
I saw "Picnic" for the first time in several years a few months ago. Thought it had aged rather well myself.
Antonioni's Zabrieski Point - there's some pretentious 70's drivel (albeit by an excellent filmmaker) that hasn't aged too well IMO.

  Ditto The Last Wave. In fact, I'm quite a Peter Weir fan. M&C was probaly my favorite film of 2003.
