Star Wars....(1977 ONLY), was a groundbreaking & refreshing departure from films of that era. George Lucas has come up with some good ideas in the world of entertainment.....but is a mediocre filmmaker IMHO.

One idea went really wrong.Three words: Howard The Duck.

I just don't get it with THX-1138. I tried watching it twice, and consider it just plain terrible.
I suspect it is just "hip" to be a THX-1138 fan, even though it sucks so badly. After all.....real-live-intelligent humans go to the grocery store to purchase....WATER....and shiiiit brother! Water seems to sell!
