The last time I mentioned how bad this movie was, either here or on one of the other forums I visit, someone chimed in to say that the movie was never actually finished. This person said they were involved with the studio that put out this piece of garbage. Apparently the project ran out of money and they slapped what they had into the shape of a movie, without doing a proper edit and without finishing the rough CGI.

Whether that's true or not, it sure would explain a lot.
