I am glad your woman friend got out unscathed.M.C.P.
Thank you for asking. Sorry it took so long to respond, I had forgotten about my post.
I would love to answer Outside, but I am banned. See my many posts there opposing the war, calling it a mistake, and questioning one particular's poster's assertions re Bush's WMD and Saddam. Everything I predicted turned out to be correct, BTW.In fact, Clark here, rather than list one factual error in Farenheit 911, falsely posted on Outside that I had been causing trouble here. Maybe for him. Anyway, I am not welcome Outside. I was found guilty of premature morality.
Follow Ups:
DUI,Well, she has apparently never forgotten this incident as she revived it when Dangerfield died- that's about 22 years of being moderatly well offended! I think woman take even offhand, 'humourous' comments more seriously than men when there's a sexual content. I'm not a prude, but there's a difference in public and private behaviour and things said to a long time friend and a new acquaintance.
Outside: I am a faithful lurker still, and amazed that the bitterness - and corresponding skewed justifications and asounding 'facts' thrown about. The nearer the election, the worse and more bizarre. And, I wonder how many of those reading and writing there have ever had an opinions changed? If the enormous intelligence and effort expended on 'Outside' were civilly presented and fact-based, think how much more usefully all that time would be wasted!
I guessing clark must be upset over those here that praise Moore's F 9/11 and for him are tipping the 'balance' on Films towards something too political.
Cheers,
Bambi B
the "lies" in F911, yet no Neocon has ever posted one. Very revealing. Everyone says "over there, the lies are just over there". But never what the "lies" are. Speaks volumes. And it is a "documentary", of course.
