I watched a movie, forget the exact name: "Devil Weed"? , made in the
1940s , then later, I watched Cheech&Chongs film,
"Up In Smoke", talk about mixed messages. I was so confused I had
to roll a big hooter to get straightened out! - AH
I think the '40's movie you are referring to is "Reefer Madness". It basically said that if you smoked pot you would become a phsychotic killer IIRC.I wasn't aware that Harrelson advocated legalizing recreational pot. I know he's a big advocate of industrial hemp. Industrial hemp has a lot of uses like rope, paper, cloth, etc. It also grows well in the same areas where our illustrious gov't is trying to get people to stop growing tobacco. Its ok to import industrial hemp from other countries, just not grow it here.
