A film about passion. Passion at his paroxysm.
Not really a good film, but still better as most films now coming from France.
For people who loves him.

You are absolutely right - not a great film, but a memorable one. The scenes of them on the floor at the end are haunting, and the atmosphere is unmistakingly tragic.It's been many years, but the taste, the flavor of it is still there.
Maybe time to see it again.
